Fresh
Blends is an independent, locally owned juice and smoothie
bar in East Nashville. We focus on providing fresh and healthy
smoothies using only real fruit and avoiding any added sugars.
In
addition to a traditional menu, we also provide a unique
concept that will allow the customer to "build" personalized smoothies
through picking their own ingredients. Fresh
Blends also
offers vegetable juicing including carrots, spinach, beet, garlic,
ginger, and other
healthy mixes. Another exciting option that we offer are shots of locally grown and organic wheatgrass.
Fresh Blends is open 7 days a week opening early for the morning risers who are looking for breakfast before going to work and we stay open late enough for those who are looking for an healthy alternative for dessert even after dinner.
**New Hours** 7-6 Monday through Friday, 9-5 on Saturday, and 10-5 on Sunday.
